Livingstone Tanzania Trust is partnering with the award-winning artist Emily Kirby, to bring a vibrant new exhibition to London this June.

Livingstone Tanzania Trust is a charity working with communitites in Tanzania to alleviate poverty. The exhibition will showcase works inspired by Emily Kirby's time with us in Tanzania, capturing the spirit of the communities that Livingstone Tanzania Trust supports and the amazing beauty of their lives and environment. All of the portraits are of real people, expressing their stories in a vivid new collection at the Menier Gallery this June.

Whilst in Tanzania Emily also conducted art workshops with pupils at the schools supported by LTT, art is rarely taught in Tanzanian's primary schools making these workshops a rare outlet for children's creativity. Models produced through these workshops will also be on display in June.

Entry to the exhibition is free and is a rare opportunity to see Emily's new collection first hand.

Opening Times: Tue 7th - Fri 10th 11:00-18:00 and Satruday 11th 11:00-16:30

N.B. The exhibition will be dispalyed in the lower gallery at the Menier, unfortunately there is no wheelchair access.
