Dawson's show is Miru Miru Mega Yokunaru (your eyesight gets better and better in a short rate of time). So what are each of us seeing? An off-the-cuff, on the-spot evening seeing what happens when visual and verbal artists are cooked together in the same pot . Perhaps we'll all find new ways of seeing and connecting with what is in front of our eyes. Join us on our adventure. Before the interval Dawson will take us on a journey into the motivation and inspiration for his work. You'll have the chance to take a good look at his paintings and sculptures and to join in as Ian talks with rogueish academic and storyteller Stephe Harrop. After the interval, meet three professional storytellers with a wealth of folktales, myths and legends at their fingertips. They'll be telling us the tales that have sprung to mind as they listened and looked around in the first half. And afterwards Canvas & Cream restaurant has all you need to share visions and stories with one another over a glass or two and a bite to eat. Find out (at the same time as us!) where our experiment will take us.
