Textures of Light: Ainsley Hillard

Ainsley Hillard shows a new body of work in the main gallery. Hillard's practice investigates the physical and metaphorical construction of cloth and its relation to the body, memory and space. The work features tapestries, jacquard weaves and embroidery. Oriel Fach 1 presents Sian Lewis, a work involving a dialogue between life drawing, sculpture and lens-based media. Alastair Duncan claims Oriel Fach 2, showing work concerned with notions of conflict, identity and memory. And finally, David Street shows photographs.
