This is one of the first exhibitions to be dedicated to the ragamala - a set of miniature paintings depicting various modes, ragas, of Indian music.

The exhibition introduces the importance of ragamala painting and explores its literary, social and poetic influences, and will display a rare grouping of 24 objects from the Claudio Moscatelli Collection.
