BACON, FENN & MORAN: A Dedication to Form

In the first sculptural exhibition from Lacey Contemporary 'A dedication to Form' focuses on the works of three exceptional British sculptors, working in metal and dedicated in their practice to the exploration of form, be it natural or abstract. At the heart of this exhibition is a collection of works that blend narrative with personal expression.
Lead by a combination of experience and intuition each artist engages with the material to create a visual encounter, a personal interpretation of the world around them.
Formal representation gives way to deconstruction, notions are embedded in surface details and subtle references to are made through structure.

For each artist their work is a journey of interpretation. Transferring narrative and reference into a physical object, a dedication to form be it human or abstract.
