What is Textiles?

A collaborative exhibition by BA (Hons) Textiles, AUB staff and Alumni highlighting the role of textiles within the design world and demonstrates the breath of practical processes used within the textiles industry today. Quite often people are unaware of what exactly Textiles Design encompasses and the wide spectrum of disciplines that the term covers.  This exhibition explores what Textiles Design is and its importance to the world around us; from fabrics to wallpapers, flooring to upholstery.
